President visits residences of Bogollagama and Dhanasiri

The President after rejecting an invitation by Minister Milinda Moragoda to attend a meeting organized at his residence had instead attended meetings at the residences of Minister Rohitha Bogollagama and Dhanasiri Amartunge and requested the SLFP activists at the meeting to extend their fullest support to the two candidates.

Sources from Temple Trees said the President was displeased with Milinda for not accepting the post of SLFP electoral organizer for either Ratmalana or Colombo East and for contesting the general election under the UPFA through a new party called the National Congress.
    
The President it is learnt is also angry that Milinda was using caste as a mode to gain preferential votes at the election.
