Sources from Temple Trees said the President was displeased with Milinda for not
accepting the post of SLFP electoral organizer for either Ratmalana or Colombo
East and for contesting the general election under the UPFA through a new party
called the National Congress.
The President it is learnt is also angry that Milinda was using caste as a mode
to gain preferential votes at the election.
